As a Medicare beneficiary, you are eligible to switch plans from October 15 to December 7. Plan rates and availability change annually, so it's important that we meet during this time to make sure you are on the best plan for you. Please look carefully at locations and days before you schedule your appointment. After you select your appointment time and location, you will be directed to my RetireFlo page to securely provide information about your medical needs so that I can research the best plans for you for our appointment.
